Great first time experience ar Crossroads Dental Group! Got my Xrays done, then a consultation with the Dentist Dr. Gill. She took her time and explained in depth what issues I had. The hi-def monitor was literally in front of me as I sat in the chair, and made it really easy for Dr. Gill to explain everything that was going on with my teeth and show me all the Xrays and scans. Next the front office lady came in and explained all the insurance benefits and what my out of pocket would be, and gave me a detailed printout of all costs and what was covered by insurance, what was out of pocket, etc. Thus no financial surprises, and I was allowed to pick what treatment options I wanted (I opted for the deep cleaning and laser gum decontamination cleaning). No pressure was given. Lara performed my deep cleaning and laser decontamination. I hadn't been to a dentist for some years, and needed a lot of cleaning! Lara was so pleasant, patient and thorough! She was very thorough, and did an amazing job with the cleaning! Lastly, I had a broken wisdom tooth (the next thing I need to come back for), and the remaining part of the tooth was jagged and a little sharp, which was scraping the inside of my cheek and causing a lot of discomfort and pain. Martha smoothed the jagged part of the tooth and now it's not scraping my inside cheek anymore. It should hold me over till I get my broken wisdom tooth extracted. The clinic is very pleasant and clean. And the Xray and scanning equipment is amazing. One scanner machine does a quick rotation around your head (you're standing in place while the scanner rotates around your head), and generates an amazing 3D image of your head, you can see your jaws, lower skull, teeth, muscles etc. Amazing technology! Overall an excellent experience. I am a new customer at Crossroads Dental Group, and I intend to remain with them. The staff is very caring and professional.
