I wanted to share my experience at Crossroads specifically two people. In my experience Dr. Munguia the dentist I see and Lupita who works in the front have really made my appointments and any procedures at Crossroads a smooth, pleasant, refreshing and easy to understand process. For Dr. Munguia you can tell she cares about her patients. She explains what she’s doing at each step and listens to any questions you have with patience and explains it so you understand what the next step or after care might look like. Best dentist I’ve had. I’ll always try to schedule appointments with her. Lupita in the front who with me has dealt with billing and appointments is great with people and not just with me I see her with others and her friendly and upbeat attitude is consistent. She was helpful from my first visit explaining the costs and what procedures will be done and again answering any questions. Each visit is like that. Just wanted to share my experience hope it helps someone choose a place that’s right for them.

My uncle, who is 84 years, usually gives one visit to any dentist office and that would be it. Our experience with Dr. Murguía was a perspective changer to dentists experiences. The warm and kind treatment offered from the staff was proceeded by the genuine tenderness and angelic patience from Dr. Murguía. She gave my uncle the attention needed; going through all the x-ray results, even further explaining the indication of each symbol on the screen. Then, she walked my uncle out, presenting a profound ethic code of respecting the elderly. It was so wonderful to hear my uncle saying that, “ It feels homey”! Those words made the words brighter! Thank you, Dr. Mungula.
